Character Background and Generation Guidelines

I'll post all the character generation rules here:

• Humans only - d20 Modern allows for what they call "Moreaus" - human/animal hybrids. Dead Men Walking is going to be set in modern day Harrisburg, PA. The world in DMW is the same as the world we currently live in, so until the zombies show up, assume that everything your character knows and believes to be true is based in the same reality as what you yourself know and believe to be true.
  
• 25 point-buy for ability score generation.
  
• Come up with a reason why your character would be in Harrisburg, PA around noon on January 14th, 2009. Maybe they live there, maybe they work there, maybe they're in town for a conference, maybe they're just passing through. Whatever.
  
• Try to answer the following questions for your character:
  
  
  1. Are they married? Dating seriously? Consider relationship status.
     
  2. Any children?
     
  3. Relationship with other family members? Brothers, sisters, mother and father, etc.
     
  4. What do you do for a living? This is the biggest one, as it will largely determine what your character class/build will be.
     
  5. What do you drive? Car? Truck? SUV? Big? Small?
     
  6. Has your character ever had the measles? Chicken Pox? Other similar illnesses?
